Claims Representative

Job Title: Claims Executive ( On paper designation will be Customer Service Representative ) Location: Malad, Mumbai Vacancies: 15 Positions Joining Timeline: Immediate (Within 1 Week) Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to health insurance claims. Understand customer concerns with empathy and provide prompt resolutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick turnaround of queries/claims. Adhere to process compliance and quality parameters. Eligibility Criteria: Education: 70% of total hires must be Graduates (Freshers or Experienced). 30% can be HSC Pass (Mandatory: Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / BPO / Insurance). Experience: Freshers can apply (Only for Graduate candidates – up to 3 positions). HSC candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience. Language Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory). Must know one regional language: Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, or Odiyan. Other Requirements: Must be able to handle customers with patience and empathy. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and ability to work in a team. Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month (Based on last drawn salary and experience) Shift & Work Conditions: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
