Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Civil Supervisor with a strong background in high-rise residential construction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience of at least 10years in supervising civil works at large-scale residential project sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, safety protocols, and effective coordination with all stakeholders involved in the execution phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil activities at the high-rise construction site.
• Ensure that the work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Manage and monitor site labor force and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Engineers to resolve site issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and labor deployment registers.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards at the site.
• Verify materials received on-site for quantity and quality.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring execution of structural and finishing works.
• Conduct routine inspections and report deviations or delays immediately.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil supervision for high-rise residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and structural works.
• Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing multiple contractors and handling site pressure.
• Willingness to be stationed full-time at the construction site.

Preferred Candidate:

• Previous experience with reputed developers or contractors in G+20 or higher residential towers.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule with high quality standards.
• Local candidates or those willing to relocate will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
