Job Description

Experienced Candidates in Civil Infrastructure construction projects such as Road Construction, Sewage Construction, Drainage Construction will be preferred

Project Planning and Design:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans and designs for road construction, drainage systems, sewerage systems, and water pipelines.
Feasibility Studies:
Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential impact of proposed infrastructure projects.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with government regulations, codes, and standards throughout all project phases.
Budget Management:
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and setbacks.
Construction Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and oversight during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and project deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
