As a Cisco UCCE L2 at TechFastConsult, you will play a crucial role in configuring and managing the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) to ensure seamless operation of contact center solutions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, resolving escalations, and collaborating with IT and support teams to maintain system performance and enhance client satisfaction. This full-time hybrid role based in Noida offers some work-from-home flexibility. Your primary qualifications for this role should include hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE/PCCE Contact Center Solution, troubleshooting contact center components such as ICM, CUIC, CVP, PGs, and Finesse, as well as telephony components like CUCM and Gateway configurations. Additionally, familiarity with Verint (AQM/CR) will be an added advantage. You should also possess knowledge or working experience with Windows Server and SQL Database server, ICM scripting using Script Editor, UCCE Database Schema, Incident & Change management process, ITIL process, and collaboration with OEM for escalated cases. Being a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential for this role. Providing periodic knowledge transfer to teams and ensuring effective communication within the organization are key aspects of this position. The successful candidate will have a budget of 10LPA and must have expertise in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) or Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE), as well as Verint recording.
