As our Operations Intern , you’ll be hands-on in setting up and managing the supply chain, production processes, and day-to-day plant activities . Your Responsibilities On-Ground Factory Support : Assist with day-to-day plant operations — raw material intake, compounding, quality checks, dispatches. Inventory & Sample Management : Track raw materials, finished goods, and samples moving to clients. Vendor & Logistics Coordination : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Process Documentation : Maintain internal records — production logs, batch data, dispatch notes. Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with marketing and business teams to coordinate production timelines with client demands.
