Establish and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends and areas for optimization. Oversee the entire sales development process, from lead generation and qualification to pipeline management and deal closure. Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales strategies with lead generation campaigns and market positioning. Forecast sales, develop budgets, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers. Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. Processing payroll and maintaining employee records in Tally Prime. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) using Tally Prime. Maintaining inventory records and their valuation within Tally Prime. Assisting with internal and external audits. Generating various financial reports and analyses from Tally Prime.
