Role & responsibilities

  • Produce a variety of handcrafted chocolate items
  • Manage tempering, enrobing, and molding techniques
  • Develop new flavors, fillings, and designs
  • Ensure consistency, hygiene, and quality in all products
  • Maintain inventory and assist with sourcing ingredients
  • Collaborate with the team for festive or limited-edition launches

Preferred candidate profile


  • Diploma or certification in pastry or culinary arts preferred
  • 15 years of experience as a Chocolatier or Pastry Chef
  • Strong knowledge of chocolate-making techniques
  • Creative flair with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with food safety standards
