Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Chennai. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive engagement and grow the digital presence of Chimertech. Tasks include managing social media campaigns, optimizing web content, analyzing web traffic, generating reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) Manage and grow social media accounts with engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) Handle paid promotions (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Leads) Optimize SEO/SEM strategies for website and product pages Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp marketing Collaborate with the product and sales team for content creation, case studies, and product promotions Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights What We’re Looking For: 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong skills are welcome) Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic video editing software Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and keyword research Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in agritech, animal health, or healthcare sectors is a plus What You’ll Get: Opportunity to work with a passionate team building impactful solutions for the dairy and livestock sector Creative freedom and ownership of projects Mentorship and learning across marketing, product, and sales functions Flexible work culture Show more Show less
