�� Ideal Experience

Total Experience: 12–20 years in project execution, operations, planning, and team handling

Industry: High-end construction, contracting (villas, buildings, infra), preferably with systems-driven

companies like L&T, Tata Projects, Shapoorji, Godrej, Kalpataru, etc.

Handled: At least ₹200+ crore portfolio across 10–15 projects simultaneously

Exposure To:

ERP or construction software

Site planning & monitoring tools (MS Project/Primavera, Excel dashboards)

SOP creation and resource optimization

Labour, vendor, and purchase coordination

Team development and delegation models

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Monitoring

Lead and oversee the execution of 20–30 residential and commercial projects across Navi mumbai

Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports weekly

Set up and maintain centralised MIS for all site updates

2. Site Team Management

Manage and coordinate General Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors

Define clear roles, KPIs, and escalation systems to reduce micromanagement

Conduct monthly site reviews and team performance audits

3. SOP & Process Implementation

Develop and enforce execution SOPs across all sites (curing, safety, quality, handover, labour

deployment)

Standardise documentation: DPRs, work measurements, QC checklists, etc.

Create training and induction manuals for site teams

4. Labour, Material, & Vendor Coordination

Implement labour movement planning to improve productivity

Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of material and equipment

Create monthly forecasting of material/labour needs

5. Billing & Site Cost Control

Work with Billing & Accounts to ensure timely and accurate billing from all sites

Ensure cost control at every stage of execution through vendor negotiation, resource planning, and

waste reduction

6. Tech-Driven Operations

Drive adoption of ERP/Excel-based dashboards for project tracking, reporting, and procurement

Use simple tech tools (WhatsApp logs, apps, Google Sheets) for real-time updates from sites

7. Client/PMC Coordination

Act as escalation point for all major client/PMC operational issues

Ensure site compliance with client expectations, timelines, safety, and documentation

Key Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech (Civil) required; M.Tech or PMP is a plus

12–20 years of project execution and operations experience in real estate or infrastructure

Proven track record of managing ₹150–200+ crore in annual construction execution

Strong leadership, discipline enforcement, and people management skills

Familiar with project planning tools, MIS reporting, and site coordination practices

High accountability, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Willing to travel regularly between Alibaug and Navi Mumbai sites

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
