As the Chief AI Specialist/Analyst at Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals, you will play a vital role in leading the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to revolutionize operations, enhance decision-making processes, and foster innovation in the pharmaceutical sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying models to optimize sales, marketing, and supply chain operations, analyzing extensive datasets to derive actionable insights, collaborating with diverse teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, researching cutting-edge AI technologies relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, monitoring AI model performance to ensure adherence to company standards and ethical guidelines, as well as providing training and support to team members on AI tools and techniques. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields, possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ML model development and data analysis, demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, exhibit a strong understanding of AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, be familiar with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and showcase a problem-solving mindset with acute attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.
