• Bakery & Pastry

• Managing your section independently — from prep to dispatch
• Ensuring consistency in taste, plating, and quality
• Training and supervising junior staff in your section
• Following hygiene standards and kitchen SOPs
• Supporting service teams during peak hours and maintaining coordination with the Head Chef

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Proven ability to handle the section you’re applying for
• Experience in clubs, hotels, or high-volume kitchens preferred
• Professional, disciplined, and committed to consistency
• Willing to work in a team-first, system-oriented setup
