Responsibilities: - Financial Accounting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all real estate transactions. - Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Taxation: Assist with tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other applicable tax returns. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and identify opportunities for tax optimization. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits. Prepare financial statements as per Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management. Assist in preparing cash flow projections and budgeting for real estate projects. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal accounting standards related to the real estate industry. Cost Management: Track and report on the costs of real estate projects. Provide financial analysis and support decision-making for new and ongoing projects. Real Estate Financial Modeling: Assist in preparing financial models for property investment and development projects, including returns analysis, feasibility studies, and project valuations. Required Candidate Profile: - Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
