Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. 2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards applicable to NBFCs. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders on financial matters. 3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. 4. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management. 5. Internal Controls: Design and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and prevent financial misstatement. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. 6. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
