The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outsourcing and process mapping, with a solid track record in migrating processes across geographies. This role demands maturity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and developing teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end migration of business ensuring seamless transition. Conduct thorough process mapping and documentation of current operational workflows. Oversee the seamless transition of business operations to Latin America , maintaining service continuity. Partner closely with leadership teams in North America to align transition goals and ensure compliance with standards. Train and develop teams to align with new processes and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure process efficiency and compliance. Build cultural alignment and enable a smooth working relationship between multi-country stakeholders. Monitor migration timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational risk mitigations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-migration. Act as a change champion, guiding local teams through new processes, expectations, and work styles. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions. Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years in Training & Development, Process Migration, or Operations Enablement. Proven success in outsourcing environments , with strong exposure to international transitions . Solid background in logistics, transportation, or a related business domain is preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Extensive travel will be required for this role. Good to have: Prior experience working with or training teams across North America or Latin America. Exposure to e-learning platforms, digital training tools, or LMS (Learning Management Systems).
