Change Manager - L4

As a Change Manager at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all changes are recorded, approved, and implemented effectively. Your responsibilities will include categorizing changes based on defined processes, convening and chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and preventing unauthorized changes that may impact production. You will also be responsible for conducting audits, reporting on Change Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring effective change communication. Moreover, you will need to oversee the implementation of changes according to the established plan, with a focus on minimizing manual errors. Assigning risks to each change and following processes for high-risk/high-impact changes will be essential. Conducting Post Implementation Reviews and identifying opportunities for service improvements will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 8-10 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) with a strong focus on Change Management. Possessing ITIL V3/2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification is a must. You should be capable of collaborating with various technical teams, interacting with customers, and coordinating with vendors. Effective communication skills are essential for this role.
