Conduct inspections and quality control assessments for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other critical equipment in compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ASNT, etc.). Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant tests on pressure vessels and associated equipment. Review and approve weld procedures and work instructions for fabrication and repairs. Ensure all pressure vessel design, fabrication, and installation processes meet industry specifications and safety standards. Monitor the performance of nodulizers, heat exchangers, and related equipment, ensuring timely and effective preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for any quality-related issues, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and review inspection reports, documentation, and certificates of compliance. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and components meet quality standards. Lead and participate in audits of quality management systems, as well as internal and external inspections. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and maintenance teams regarding pressure vessel and heat exchanger inspection, repair, and maintenance. Stay updated on relevant industry standards and certifications to ensure continuous compliance.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:- PL/SQL : Strong knowledge of PL/SQL for writing custom code, triggers, stored procedures, and functions. Oracle Reports & Forms : Experience in designing and developing oracle reports and forms in Oracle EBS. Oracle Workflow : Understanding of how to create and customize workflows in Oracle EBS. Integration Technologies : Experience with integrating Oracle EBS with other systems using Oracle API. Data Migration : Familiarity with Oracle tools for migrating data, such as Oracle Data Pump, SQL*Loader, and other ETL. Toad : Having Knowledge of Toad software.
