Strong knowledge of government schemes (Startup India, MSME Samadhan, PMEGP, Standup India, Mentoring Programs, etc.). Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and proposal development. Understanding of business models, financial planning, and market access strategies for MSMEs. Networking with government bodies, Banks, CSR projects, and industry clusters. Experience in mentoring startups, conducting workshops, and building partnerships. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, networking, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. Job Role Person will be responsible for developing and delivering on the overall fundraising strategy of the organisation, supplementing existing grant funding with unrestricted funding from corporates, grant-makers and other sources.
