Job Title: Assistant to CEO – Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (Work from Home – Female Only) Company: AMERISOURCE+ QBA Location: Kolkata (Remote – Work from Home) Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible) Work Hours: EST 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) Job Description: AMERISOURCE+ QBA is looking for a dedicated female assistant to support the CEO remotely with digital marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks. The role requires working during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) 9 AM to 5 PM, which corresponds to India Standard Time (IST) 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Key Responsibilities: Assist the CEO with daily coordination and tasks Conduct lead generation through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) Support digital marketing activities such as posting and following up on content Manage basic data entry, email communication, and online research Maintain proper tracking and reporting of tasks Requirements: Female candidate based in Kolkata only Basic computer and internet skills Good communication skills (English and Bengali/Hindi) Willingness to work night shift as per IST timing mentioned above Must have multiple internet connections (e.g., broadband, mobile data) Must have a computer and uninterrupted internet connectivity Prior experience in digital marketing or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory Perks: Work-from-home flexibility Opportunity to learn and grow professionally Regular guidance and support How to Apply: Send your updated resume and a brief introduction about yourself.
