Job Description

Job Title: Centre Admin

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centre Admin to manage administrative tasks and provide support to the non-teaching department of our center. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess good communication skills and prompt at her task.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the non-teaching department, including coordinating schedules, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to staff members, including preparing documents, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist in the organization of events and activities hosted by the center, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating guest lists.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including student and staff information, financial records, and inventory.
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the centers operations.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required by the management team.
