Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Center Incharge to lead operations at our diagnostic laboratory. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient service, and meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day lab operations including front desk, sample collection, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, NABL/ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead and supervise lab, phlebotomy, front office, and housekeeping staff.
• Enhance patient satisfaction and handle feedback.
• Drive walk-ins and B2B business through local tie-ups and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain documentation and submit timely MIS reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Life Sciences / MLT / Healthcare Management; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in diagnostic centers or hospital units.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, lab software (LIS), and CRM tools.
