Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable CCNA Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in networking and teaching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering in-person training at our Rajajinagar, Bengaluru center and helping students build strong foundational and practical skills in networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led classroom training (ILT) sessions for CCNA and related networking topics.
• Prepare and deliver course materials, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students through practical, real-world networking labs and scenarios.
• Support and mentor students in their learning journey, including doubt-clearing sessions.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with networking technologies and certification updates.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous course enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in networking, including routing, switching, subnetting, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and CCNA syllabus.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and network simulators (e.g., Packet Tracer, GNS3).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, OSPF, EIGRP, and WAN technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring in networking concepts.

Good to Have

• CCNA certification (mandatory or in progress).
• Experience with other certifications (e.g., CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
• Knowledge of network security basics and firewall concepts.
• Exposure to industry tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.
• Familiarity with classroom management and LMS tools.
