Bothanzi Medicals is looking for Cashless Billing Management to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Oversees the end- to- end process of cashless billing in healthcare facilities, including insurance claim initiation, processing, and reconciliation. Coordinates with insurance companies, third- party administrators (TPAs), and internal billing teams to ensure smooth pre- authorization and discharge processes. Ensures accurate documentation of patient details, treatment summaries, and cost estimates required for cashless approvals. Monitors the turnaround time for claims and addresses queries or discrepancies. Maintains compliance with health insurance regulations, coding standards, and provider agreements. Implements SOPs for claim denials, re- submissions, and dispute resolution. Provides training to hospital staff on billing workflows and updates on insurer requirements. Generates reports to track billing performance, cash flow, and patient satisfaction.
