Job Title: Cashier

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of proven experience in cashiering, billing, or retail operations, and who is committed to long-term growth in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately handle all payment transactions (cash, card, UPI, etc.)
• Operate the billing/POS system efficiently and responsibly
• Maintain daily cash reports and reconcile registers at shift start/end
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Handle queries, returns, and billing issues efficiently
• Support inventory and invoice processes when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a cashier in retail, café, or hospitality
• Strong skills in handling cash, card, and digital payments
• Familiarity with billing software and POS systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Honest, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
