Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Retention : Identify and engage potential clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Understanding Client Needs : Gain deep insights into clients' businesses and industries to offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling : Recognize opportunities to introduce additional products or services that can enhance a client's operations, contributing to mutual growth. Monitoring Client Satisfaction : Regularly assess client feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high service standards. Dealer Onboarding & Engagement Dealer Onboarding : Oversee the seamless integration of new dealers into the company's ecosystem. This includes introducing them to company culture, product portfolios, sales processes, and compliance requirements. Training & Development : Provide comprehensive training to dealers on sales tools, software, pricing structures, and after-sales support to ensure they are well-equipped to represent the brand effectively. Performance Monitoring : Regularly track and assess dealer performance metrics, offering feedback and support to drive continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. Engagement Initiatives : Design and implement engagement programs, including reward systems, feedback mechanisms, and regular meetups, to foster strong partnerships and dealer loyalty. Key Skills & Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service roles, with a focus on dealer networks. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, dealers, and internal teams. Problem-Solving Aptitude : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client and dealer concerns and improve service delivery. Preferred Attributes Customer-Centric Mindset : A dedication to understanding and fulfilling client and dealer needs, ensuring a positive experience. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple client and dealer accounts and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing client, dealer, and market conditions.
