Key Responsibilities : •

Market Research & Analysis: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends in property values, demand, and other real estate factors.

• Property Valuation: Support the team in preparing financial models, property valuations, and cash flow analyses for investment opportunities.

• Investment Analysis: Analyze current and potential investment opportunities, including underwriting and risk assessments.

• Networking: Develop effective networking methods to connect with potential channel partners and clients.

• Client sourcing: Call and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

• Sales Support: Visits to channel partners with the seniors to update them on ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in preparing property listings, managing client relationships, and drafting presentations.

• Territory Research

Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. •

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience:

• Prior internships or academic projects in real estate, finance, or business are preferred but not required.

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Strong interest in the real estate industry.
