career Counsellor

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Career Counselor to guide and support LLB graduates in their preparation for Civil Judge/ Judicial Services Examinations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the legal career landscape and judicial services exam patterns, and provide personalized academic and career guidance to aspiring civil judges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to LLB graduates regarding Civil Judge exam preparation strategies, timelines, and subject-wise planning.
• Assess candidates’ academic background, strengths, weaknesses, and recommend a personalized preparation roadmap.
• Assist students in selecting the right coaching programs, study material, and resources tailored to judicial services exams.
• Conduct career awareness sessions, webinars, and workshops related to Civil Judge career paths and opportunities in the judiciary.
• Monitor student progress and provide motivational support and mentorship throughout the exam preparation journey.
• Stay updated on latest syllabus changes, exam patterns, and judicial service notifications across states.
• Liaise with academic teams to align counseling strategies with available teaching modules and test series.
• Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and provide regular feedback to candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in education, career counseling, or exam preparation counseling preferred.
• Strong understanding of services examination structure, syllabus, and evaluation process.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their career goals.
• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages] as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a coaching institute, law school, or legal consultancy, education, career counseling, or exam preparation counseling preferred.
• Exposure to psychometric tools or career assessment platforms is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
