Programming Validation in Vericut Good knowledge of selection of cutting tool and tool path strategy Setup new CAM strategies and optimization of machining time understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and various standards Shop floor experience (must) Probing skill (Renishaw probing) Fanuc controller knowledge Shop floor document and release Continuous Support to machine shop for problem solving Postprocessor editing (optional) Key Technical Competencies: Creation of Process plans CNC Program tweeking using UG NX Basic part modelling in NX understanding of post processor and CNC 5 axis machine with Siemens controller Prove out on machines With Vericut simulation/ Post Processing/ Probing cycles expert Qualification and Professional Experience: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering 4 to 10 years experience in CNC Programming
