This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in industrial sales, learn market dynamics, and contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, water treatment, power, and HVAC. Learn and understand the company’s product portfolio including valves, pipe fittings, and related accessories. Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing quotes, and following up with clients. Attend client meetings (online/offline) along with senior team members. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns when required. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or BBA/MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn technical concepts and industry knowledge. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications. Willingness to travel for client visits (local or outstation). Job Title : Dispatch Executive Job Purpose To manage the timely dispatch of goods, ensure accurate documentation, coordinate with transporters, and maintain clear communication with internal departments and customers for efficient delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules based on customer orders or production output. Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle arrangements and loading. Generate and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and LRs. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of all outgoing goods. Track shipments and update stakeholders on dispatch status and delays. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce) 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations Knowledge of transport documentation, e-way bill generation, and ERP systems Proficient in MS Excel and basic logistics software
