Cable Installer

As an experienced Cable Technician, your primary responsibility will be to install and configure cable systems, which include internet, TV, and phone services. You will be required to meticulously inspect and test the installed systems to ensure they are functioning correctly. In addition to this, you will need to route and secure cables through walls, floors, and ceilings as per the project requirements. Your role will involve interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders to effectively carry out the installation tasks. You will utilize testing equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose any signal or connectivity issues that may arise during the installation process. If any faulty wiring, connectors, or equipment are identified, you will be expected to repair or replace them promptly. Maintaining accurate service records and completing installation reports will be crucial aspects of your job to ensure proper documentation of the work done.
