About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Art Director to lead all creative direction needs across branding, digital, video and retail experiences. This role is ideal for a visionary who can craft compelling narratives, ensure design consistency, and bring the brand’s aesthetic to life through multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Caarabi’s visual identity across all platforms. Design marketing materials, including social media content, packaging, website assets, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the Video, marketing and retail teams to craft engaging brand storytelling. Oversee the execution of ad campaigns, email marketing, and digital experiences. Manage and align creative projects using structured workflows (e.g., Gantt charts ). Work closely with the founders to ensure designs align with brand strategy and goals. Ensure high-quality execution of product packaging, retail displays, and event branding. Stay ahead of design trends to continuously enhance the brand’s visual appeal. Requirements Degree or experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma Experience in branding, advertising, and digital content creation. Strong storytelling ability through visuals and typography. Organized with a keen eye for detail, color, and aesthetics. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously. Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or F&B industries is a plus.
