About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax management, and reporting, preferably within startups or fast-paced environments. This role also requires handling group company finances and active involvement in fundraising documentation and due diligence. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and MIS reports. Monitor financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic decisions. Taxation & Compliance Manage all direct and indirect tax-related matters, ensuring full compliance. Coordinate tax filings, assessments, and interact with tax consultants and authorities. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Investment & Fundraising Support Support fundraising efforts by managing financial due diligence and preparing required documentation. Work closely with leadership and external advisors during capital raise initiatives. Group Company Finance Handling Maintain accounts and manage consolidated reporting for group entities. Ensure inter-company transactions and reconciliations are timely and accurate. Candidate Profile: 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management. Proven experience in handling startup finances and fundraising documentation. Strong understanding of taxation laws and financial regulations. Prior experience working with multiple entities or group companies is preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and financial software/tools. Additional Notes: We’re a startup — we value resilience, flexibility, and proactive problem-solvers. Candidates must have a financial backup or secondary source of income to comfortably manage in a startup environment where cash flow cycles may vary. This role is best suited for someone who is financially stable and not the sole breadwinner in their household.
