Job Title: Business Manager Government Sales (Security Surveillance) Location: Gurugram – NCR (Hybrid) Division: Frontier Business Employment Type: Full Time | On-Role Salary: Up to 18 LPA Note – Mandatory Domain Experience Required: Only candidates with proven experience in selling products like: CCTV, Alarms, Access Control Systems, Boom Barriers, and Surveillance Equipment will be considered. Company Overview: We are hiring for a leading Japanese manufacturing MNC , looking to expand its footprint in the Network Video Surveillance (NVS) and Access Control solutions market in the North region. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales for security and surveillance solutions including: CCTV systems Surveillance Cameras Video Management Software (VMS) Biometric & RFID Access Controls Alarm Systems, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, BMS, etc. Engage directly with Government and PSU clients Identify opportunities, manage Govt. tenders , and deliver end-to-end tech solutions Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and reporting Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 8–10 years in B2B or Government Sales of security surveillance products Must have experience in working with System Integrators or OEMs in the security/access control domain Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA Strong knowledge of security technologies and excellent client management skills How to Apply: Send your resume to: deeksha@beanhr.com WhatsApp your CV to: +91 90450 52061
