In terms of new client acquisition, you will conduct thorough research and analysis to spot and engage with prospective clients, foster relationships, and lead the sales process to onboard new customers. Understanding the unique needs and challenges of clients will be key, as you tailor product offerings to address their specific requirements. Your role will involve delivering persuasive sales presentations, crafting proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure deals successfully. Establishing strategic partnerships with relevant organizations will also be a pivotal aspect of your role. Collaborating with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives will drive mutual growth and expand our market reach. Customer relationship management forms an integral part of your responsibilities. You will nurture and sustain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on our products and services, solicit feedback, address concerns, and unearth opportunities for further business development. To excel in this role, you should hold a minimum of a master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record of 3-5 years in business development, sales, and lead generation, preferably in Saas products. Your experience in customer relationship management, ability to grasp cutting-edge technologies swiftly, and aptitude for research and analysis will be advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with networking abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, are essential traits that you should possess. Moreover, proficiency in MS Office and relevant software, strong attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are key attributes required for this role.
