Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

As a B2B Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving outbound lead generation and securing

high-value partnerships with healthcare institutions. You will be responsible for end to end sales pipeline

management from identifying potential B2B clients, pitching Knyas products, closing deals, to managing the post

purchase experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate outbound leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry research.

• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and institutional buyers.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive bulk orders and long-term partnerships.

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure smooth execution of B2B

deals.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms with clients.

• Track and analyze key sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue growth.

• Stay updated on trends in the healthcare and medical apparel industry to identify new opportunities.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.

• Proven track record in outbound lead generation and closing B2B deals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, phenomenal work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of initiatives.

• Good to Have:

• Experience in selling to hospitals, clinics, or corporate healthcare providers.

• Prior experience in healthcare, medical apparel, or related industries.

• Understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead generation platforms.

• Experience in handling bulk sales, tenders, or institutional partnerships.
