Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients in need of AV/IT/enterprise solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with PMC consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
  
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  PMC-related projects

• Strong network with PMC firms, architects, consultants, and end clients in the Mumbai region.
  
• Excellent

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AV systems, enterprise IT products, or building automation.
  
• Prior experience working with builders, consultants, and architects.
  
• Familiarity with B2B sales and long-cycle project selling.
