Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets to senior management.
• Provide training and support to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven experience in
