Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for new clients engagement, explaining and demonstrating FEV portfolio services in automotive i.e., Battery development, Software development, Power electronics, ADAS, Cyber Security, Connectivity & Cloud and Data Science etc. Leading proposal preparation with FEV technical teams and follow up with customer until receipt of PO / Contract Developing Business and marketing strategies Customer mapping Understanding customer product & services, defining solutions by FEV, building opportunities Support clients in defining a viable scope to solve their challenges to win acquisition RFQ / RFI analysis, check program capacity, prepare feasibility report to check customer requirement fulfilment Driving the requirement by bringing the relevant technical leaders / business units onboard Ensuring regular follow ups and organizing technical alignments between customer and internal technical leaders Exceptional negotiations skills to drive project winning case Administrative tasks: Customer registration and information profile in CRM365 and SAP, NDA, RFQ, proposals database, feasibility report, cost calculations, contracts, Order Acceptance Letter, Project Handover & PVR Prepare and support in maintaining department quality documents for audit purposes: Project trackers, KPIs, Processes etc. Preferred candidate profile Effective communication Relationship & Client management Competitive negotiations Consultative edge Strong business acumen Technical understanding to handle first level discussion with customers
