We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join and enhance our awesome team and deliver a streamlined user experience. Responsibilities and Duties Candidates must have knowledge of bidding portals like Freelancer, Up-work and Guru. Candidates are expected to do Online bidding, follow ups, competition analysis, and discussion with offshore clients. Generating Business for Internet marketing, writing proposals. Setup portfolios on websites and get projects through these websites. Knowledge of Digital Marketing , and Web Applications is must. Candidates must be able to generate leads through different mediums. Target based commission will be there. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal skills. Analyzing client requirements and should be proficient in Proposal writing. Must be comfortable in communicating with clients via email and calls. Must be able to handle the team. Identifying new markets and business lines. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. To research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Creative talents.
