Key Responsibilities

Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned sales targets within stipulated timelines.

• Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team revenue goals.

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Generate new business opportunities through online research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or presentations with potential clients.

• Follow up on leads to drive conversions and build long-term client relationships.

Sales & Business Development

• Present and promote the company's products and services

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to architects and interior designers.

• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

Project Execution

• Oversee project implementation from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.

• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• Provide post-project support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in home decor, paints, architecture or real estate).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

• Open to site visits and field work

• Open for full time work, Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM
