As a counselor at PlanetSpark, your primary responsibility will be to connect with parents or adult learners and invite them to personalized 1:1 video counseling sessions. During these sessions, you will deliver value-packed counseling, address concerns, and guide decision-makers towards enrolling in our transformative programs. You will be expected to own the end-to-end sales funnel, ensuring precision and persistence in converting leads from the first touch to final conversion.
