Job Description

Field Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit government offices, public sector units, and institutions to introduce and promote our IT products and consulting services.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities, tenders, and government procurement processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in various government departments.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and necessary documentation for bids and tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to present customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on government IT initiatives, procurement policies, and relevant compliance.
  • Report daily activities, market feedback, and customer interactions to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (any stream can apply).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and regional language.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and meetings.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of IT products and solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with government processes or interest in public sector sales is advantageous.
