Business Central NAV Techno Functional Consultant

The role involves configuring, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central (BC) software and components across various functional areas. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend technical requirements and define modifications and custom development tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating functional requirements and specs based on user specifications, converting them into technical specifications, and designing documents accordingly. Your responsibilities will include providing technical recommendations for installation, modifications, and custom development, as well as planning, designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting Business Central systems. You will test the functionality against business requirements and identify system enhancements through effective communication with users, management, and customers/vendors to meet business objectives and fulfill technical requirements. In this role, you will handle complex scenarios, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and critical support. You will also manage and administer security settings for Business Central users, ensuring overall application security. Furthermore, you will be involved in planning and executing upgrades and releases, assisting sales with modification estimates, and conducting pre-sales demos to support new business initiatives. A basic understanding of project management tools like Jira and DevOps is expected. Requirements: - 6+ years of Dynamics NAV Business Central Development experience - Proficiency in technical design, development, and testing of core Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central granules and add-ons - Strong knowledge of C/AL, and hands-on experience with AL - Experience in developing RTC (2013) Three-Tier Environment - Proficiency in SQL, including setup and configuration for NAV 2013 and later versions - Familiarity with Dynamics NAV Web Services and .NET - Experience in work scoping, estimation, analysis, coding, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Central ERP systems This is a permanent position requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.,
