We are looking for a skilled

Business Analyst

to bridge the gap between clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, helping shape software solutions that align with client goals and project scope.

Responsibilities :

Work with clients to understand business needs, pain points and goals
Gather, document and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications or user stories
Collaborate with project managers, designers and developers throughout the SDLC
Prepare project documentation: BRD, SRS, user flows, wireframes, etc.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet expectations
Continuously analyze business processes and suggest improvements

Requirements :

2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Figma, Lucidchart)
Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Experience with web/app-based solutions, SaaS or enterprise software is a plus
