Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP PLM Business Analyst to join our team. You should have comprehensive knowledge in Teamcenter & Mendix integration to SAP, SAP ECTR, SAP Document Management System (DMS), and a solid understanding of SAP workflow capabilities. Your role will involve driving the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP PLM solutions to support business operations, ensure seamless integration across systems, and enhance product lifecycle management. Your key responsibilities will include leading the integration efforts between Teamcenter, Mendix, and SAP, troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing system interfaces, and ensuring consistent data synchronization. You will also implement and support SAP ECTR, oversee SAP DMS processes, design and configure workflows, support SAP EHSM integration, manage change records, configure BRF+ rules, analyze business requirements, lead solution delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide training and support, oversee testing activities, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with expertise in Teamcenter & Mendix integration, SAP ECTR, SAP DMS, workflow development, SAP EHSM, and change records management. You should possess technical skills in Teamcenter and Mendix integration, SAP ECTR, SAP DMS, SAP workflow capabilities, SAP EHSM, change records management, and BRF+. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree or SAP certifications are a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA, Agile methodologies, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
