Role of business analyst:

A Business Analyst at ONE Muthoot will be responsible for analysing the business processes and operations of the company, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. This will involve analysing data, conducting market research, and working with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.

Some specific responsibilities of a Business Analyst at ONE Muthoot will include:

• Analysing financial data to identify trends and patterns, and providing recommendations based on this analysis

• Developing and implementing business plans and strategies

• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation

• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

• Providing support to the sales and marketing teams in the development of new products and services

• Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement technological solutions to support business goals

• The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in finance or business is preferred.

What do you need to succeed

• Bachelors in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
