Knowledge on platform and Product configuration Skills2 years of Experience in Product Configuration in PlatformConversant with configuring business requirements and process into the ProductExperience working in Core Policy modules such as new business policy administration claims and integration with peripheral systemsExcellent interpersonal communication skills and should be proactive and details orientedCritical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving and ability to multitask projects and prioritize tasksExperience working in Agile methodologyRoles and ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for working closely with the business users to understand their requirements translation of the requirements into Solution design and then coordinate with the developers to get the required solution delivered as per users expectationsUnderstanding user requirements and map the same to the solution being built onto PlatformParticipate in requirements elicitation sessions with Business SMEs to understand details of user stories functional testing scenarios and solution acceptance criteriaCreating analyzing and validating detailed functional specificationsEnd to end experience of the project lifecycle with experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations
