Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our in-house team. This is a full-time, sitting job at our office with opportunities to earn uncapped monthly incentives in addition to a fixed salary. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote bank/NBFC financial products like credit cards, loans, insurance, etc. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Follow up with interested leads and schedule callbacks or conversions. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Meet assigned daily/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with team leaders and managers for daily updates. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team. Experience in telecalling or financial product sales is a plus (freshers can apply).
