Job Description

As the individual responsible for managing the Property Management Services at the site, your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of the facility by leveraging innovation and technology to enhance efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting and developing the on-site manpower to effectively address challenges as they arise. - Implementing budget controls and monitoring SLAs & KPIs for both JLL and outsourced agencies to ensure efficient service delivery. - Maintaining service level agreements and consistently achieving high performance indicator scores. - Managing vendor quotations and invoices efficiently. - Ensuring accurate attendance sign-offs and submission of cost sheets to the JLL office in a timely manner. - Overseeing billing accuracy and information. - Playing a significant role in the manpower planning and hiring process for the site. - Conducting regular site inspections to ensure proper maintenance of structures, buildings, and facilities. - Promoting teamwork among all facility staff. - Collaborating with the client's SPOC to create annual budgets and develop effective operational strategies. - Updating and maintaining data, client files, and communication records. - Addressing occupant queries and managing complaints effectively. - Implementing and enforcing robust complaint management and safety regulations. - Developing and executing business continuity plans. - Handling emergency maintenance matters urgently. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders for seamless property operations. - Generating and submitting daily and monthly management reports. - Managing the as-built drawing and transition document library. - Coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely report closures. - Upholding the slogan "No Safety No Work" to prioritize safety in all services. You will report directly to the Estate/Operation Manager and will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities. Qualified candidates will possess a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or equivalent, along with a minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in the Facility Industry/Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry. Preference will be given to candidates with residential experience for residential sites.
