Job Title: Build & Release Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a Build Engineer & Release Coordinator with hands-on experience in managing build systems and orchestrating software releases across multiple environments. You will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo , Jenkins , and version control tools like Git and Bitbucket , ensuring stable, reliable, and repeatable build and release processes. Required Skills: 4+ years of experience in build engineering and release management roles. Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo , Jenkins , or similar. Proficiency in version control systems : Git, Bitbucket, or SVN. Scripting experience with Shell , Python , or Groovy for automation tasks. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and Jenkins. Manage and optimize build processes for a range of software applications and services. Coordinate release activities across dev, QA, staging, and production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product management) to align on release timelines and deliverables. Ensure accurate and timely deployment of code, patches, and configuration changes. Administer source control systems (Git, Bitbucket, or SVN), including branching strategies, tagging, and merge processes. Document build and release processes, tools, and configurations for ongoing support and training. Troubleshoot and resolve build, merge, and deployment issues promptly. Implement best practices in software versioning, build artifact management, and release automation. Nice to Have: Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
