About the Role The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and managing various logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient dispatch and receipt of goods. Position: Logistics Assistant Location: Budge Budge Experience Required: 3-5 years Compensation: ₹5 LPA (Based on last drawn salary) Benefits: Free fooding and accommodation Pay range and compensation package: ₹5 LPA (Based on last drawn salary) Responsibilities Vehicle Placement – CP (Outward): Coordinate and ensure timely placement of vehicles for outward dispatches of Consumer Product. Vehicle Placement – Store (Inward & Outward): Manage vehicle scheduling and placement for both incoming and outgoing materials at the store/warehouse level. Debit Note Entry – Oil (STO & Purchase): Accurately process and record debit note entries for oil transport, including Stock Transfer Orders (STO) and direct purchases on (SAP). Freight Entry – Mustard Oil: Maintain and update freight records and entries related to the transportation of mustard oil. Loading – Spent Earth: Oversee and coordinate the safe and efficient loading of spent earth from the production or storage area. Payment Follow-Up – Spent Earth: Track and follow up on payments related to the disposal or sale of spent earth to ensure timely settlements. Tracking Report – Mustard Oil: Prepare and maintain tracking reports for mustard oil movement, including dispatch status, transit tracking, and delivery confirmation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Required Skills Working knowledge of SAP (for entries like Debit Note and Freight). Familiarity with logistics documentation and processes (STO, dispatch, loading/unloading, etc.). Strong skills in coordinating with transporters, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to track and follow up on pending payments. Ability to handle multiple logistics activities efficiently under time constraints. Experience handling specific items like Mustard Oil and Spent Earth is an advantage.

About the Role Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end packaging operations in a fully automated plant, including robotic systems, filling, labelling, and palletizing. The role focuses on production planning, cost control, quality compliance, and efficient use of resources with minimal wastage. Position: Deputy Manager - Packing Location: Budge Budge Experience Required: 6 years Pay range and compensation package: ₹11 LPA CTC Key Responsibilities: Packaging Operations & Equipment Management: Oversee auto tin container manufacturing and filling operations, including top collar pasting. Manage robotic pick-and-place systems for pouches, bottles, palletizers, and capping. Supervise perform blowing, capping, labelling, and conveyor-based systems. Ensure efficient utilization of forklifts, BOPT, churn tanks, air conditioning, air compression, and all packaging machinery. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for market complaints and product returns. Maintain adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all packing processes. Production & Cost Optimization: Plan daily and long-term production schedules for packed products in coordination with operations. Optimize packing costs and prepare SKU-wise cost sheets. Monitor material balances for oil, packaging materials, and related inputs to minimize loss and wastage. Resource Management: Strategically plan and allocate manpower across shifts and processes. Drive productivity while ensuring minimum wastage and optimal use of materials and machinery. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment breakdowns and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for timely resolution and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 6 years in packaging operations, preferably in FMCG/Edible Oil/Consumer Goods manufacturing environments. Required Skills Familiarity with automated packaging systems, robotic lines, and labelling equipment. Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems for production and inventory planning. Strong understanding of cost control, quality standards, and CAPA methodologies.
